The bossam was absolutely outstanding. The pork was perfectly tender, sliced just right, and had a rich, savory flavor without being overly heavy. Each bite practically melted in my mouth. Paired with the fresh napa cabbage wraps, crisp radish slices, and a variety of thoughtfully prepared banchan, every combination felt balanced and satisfying. The kimchi served alongside had just the right level of tang—bright, slightly spicy, and incredibly fresh. The staff were warm, attentive, and happy to guide us on how to build the perfect bite. The complex can be quite busy but valet parking is available as well as public parking around the corner on Vermont.
